Step 1: Order Your Kit
We ship a complete blood collection kit to your US address. Inside you will find two thick glass slides, a thin coverslip, a drying towel, step-by-step illustrated instructions, and your First Visit intake form. A lancet is not included in kits shipped outside Spain; any standard single-use lancet is available at most pharmacies without a prescription.
Step 2: Collect Your Sample at Home
No clinic visit required. Wash your hands, prick your fingertip with the lancet, and prepare your slides following the illustrated guide inside the kit. The process takes roughly 15 minutes. Allow the slides to dry for at least 10 minutes before closing the kit.
Step 3: Ship Your Sample to Spain
Pack your dried slides, your completed intake form, and any relevant recent medical records, then ship directly to Clinica Hilu in Marbella, Spain. Ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays. International return shipping is your responsibility; we recommend using your preferred international carrier.
